What is Belief Coding®?

Belief Coding® is a wonderful brand new modality created by Jess Cunningham that has emerged from the UK this year and Lara is the second person in Australia to become accredited in this new modality.

Belief Coding® combines elements of a range of scientific-based psychological, behavioural, energetic, spiritual and emotional modalities in order to allow shifts to happen at the subconscious level. When the client is ready to change their beliefs, this process brings them to the root cause and changes the unconscious programming into conscious awareness in order to create new beliefs.

What do I need to do to prepare for a Belief Coding® session?

Complete the intake form and payment and sign the T&C’s. Come hydrated (2 big glasses of water before a session). Be open, this is not traditional talk therapy so there’s no need to worry about having to talk about where you think and feel everything has come from.

Trust the process, whatever comes up in a session, know that it is meant to come up, even it you think it is unassociated.

Have a discomfort to work on make it something specific that is causing you to not be at ease in your life.

Work on one discomfort at a time. Wear something comfortable. Prepare to let go and trust that your subconscious will only bring you what is safe for you to deal with for your highest good.

What is tasking?

Tasking is when the client agrees to take action and by agreeing they commit to tasks given to before, during or after a session in order to assist them to create the life they wish for themselves.

How long does Belief Coding® take to work and how long does it last?

The results can be felt instantly, for example, a phobia or fear can be tested instantly, anxiety over a certain thing will go or shift instantly, but other things may take a few hours, or days or even weeks to notice the difference.

You will however notice yourself doing things that you wouldn’t usually do, and reacting to certain situations differently. Depending on how traumatic the event was and what came up in each session will determine how instant the shift will be.

As one issue may have secondary gain benefits or another, stronger belief attached to it. This making the said issue slightly trickier to shift. However, it can still be cleared.

How long is a Belief Coding®️ Session?

A Belief Coding® session is generally 90 mins however it could take up to 2 hrs depending upon what comes up in a session.

In this time the client goes from starting with a discomfort, exploring the negative belief, identifying the trapped emotion, finding the root cause and working through this in order to release what it is that needs to be released in order to make space for new beliefs to be coded in and therefore transforming their lives one belief at a time.

What to do and to expect after the session?

Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Make time morning and night to go over your new beliefs. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself time to integrate your new beliefs. The emotions you have suppressed can also start to surface after the session.

You may feel angry, sad, flat, tired, whatever you feel, allow those feelings to process. If you feel any emotions arising, or any physical adjustments, just observe and allow them to pass, this is actually a really good sign that a new energy is arising.

Usually, when we clear one thing, we end up clearing other blockages, take note of when you do something different, and feel different in situations that used to bother you.
